Decision-Making of Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform Supply Chains Considering Information Sharing and Free Shipping

For cross-border e-commerce companies with high shipping costs, the existing retailer and new entrant on platform are usually concerned information sharing free due to uncertainty of market demand. this, by establishing a Stackelberg game model between two competing retailers, we analyze strategy retailers explore business strategies platform. The study shows that regarding information-sharing strategies, A’s willingness share is positively related initial potential negatively competition intensity. Moreover, B willing spend higher costs purchase when necessity product more elevated. As for strategy, if offers shipping, should also offer service consumers larger. Conversely, smaller, retailer’s decreases intensity in increases. When tends be perfectly competitive, will not choose most profitable occur simultaneously. However, carrier charges fee customers, does shipping. Therefore, order achieve win-win situation all parties, needs develop appropriate operational influence decisions carriers. Some numerical experiments made test validity effect parameters involved model.
